This company was originally known as the National Fireproofing Company until 1964 when the name was changed to the National Automatic Tool Company. The name was eventually changed to NATCO, before being consolidated with Carlton tools to become NATCO/Carlton. Eventually, this maker of radial and spindle arm drill presses was taken over by Lucas Precision.
