The Chicago Nipple Manufacturing Company was incorporated in Delaware on April 8, 1920 - acquiring a Chicago based company of the same name. The company manufactured iron arid steel nipples, unions and other fittings for iron and steel pipes. These products were manufactured in more than 1,200 different kinds, and products were supplied to a variety of industries, including the the plumbing trade, the railroad equipment business, and the oil and motor industries.
