This company was incorporated in Virginia in 1909, with offices in Staunton. The company manufactured automated train stopping and traffic systems. One of the companyís biggest customers was the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railroad, which advertised itís use of the Miller system in numerous print ads in the early 1900ís. The C&EI; was a pioneer in the development of train control systems.
